Business Start Up Analyst

A business start-up analyst is a fundamental part of GBS Group. This role will get the opportunity to work closely with Senior Consulting and Accounting Staff while supporting our diverse clients that are establishing new companies in the USA. The business start-up analyst will research and file necessary paperwork with appropriate city, state and federal agencies to ensure compliance of a newly incorporated (start-up) company.
They will have the opportunity to gain more responsibility as they gain experience by moving into a junior consultant role with in the practice.
A business start-up analyst’s needs be details oriented to ensure high accuracy of paperwork. The role will also have to be in contact with clients and provide timely answers to inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare documents and reports for the management team when needed.
- Make sure operations and procedures of the department are running efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the client needs are met and the client is satisfied with the information and services provided, by proactively communicating with clients.
- Conduct and provide work simplification procedures that will allow to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze and identify relevant information to determine and communicate with management any issue that might arise.
- Support startup administrative functions and other departments as needed.
- Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm is ideal but not required.

- Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Extraordinary interpersonal and problem solving skills
**Ideal Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience incorporating companies in the state of Florida.
