We're looking for an experienced product designer who is passionate about innovation and design across mobile and responsive web apps. We need your expertise and mobile-first mindset to push the boundaries of what's possible in the conversational commerce space This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your contributions will have an immediate impact on the business.
**What you'll bring**:
- Design for our Expert Platform or our Internal Tools space
- Translate product requirements into innovative designs that achieve measurable results (across mobile apps & responsive web apps)
- Craft thoughtful user flows, interactions, and solutions by utilizing user research, prototyping, user testing, data, and best in-class design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, user research, and business stakeholders to brainstorm and solve for key roadmap priorities.
- Deliver pixel perfect designs and design specifications that cover every last detail of your solution.
- Support engineering through every stage of the product lifecycle to ensure designs match specifications and perform well in production
- Explain your design decisions and embrace feedback
- Lead design reviews to present and collect feedback on your work
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
