Work with the various local and global teams to help sharpen the strategy and plans through better planning and deeper analysis, target setting, follow-up, and help drive gap-closing initiatives.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Help sharpen the Retail strategy- Lead the planning process for Retail- Help define the quarterly and monthly plans- Review top-down targets and define plans to meet targets- Help set targets / OKRs (by country and sub-vertical)- Help track performance / OKRs vs targets (WBRs, MBRs etc)- Lead local WBRs (meeting and document) and support country managers in Global WBRs- Help define and drive gap-closing initiatives- Track UE for Retail, help define initiatives and lead the follow-up for agile execution- Lead the quarterly and monthly business review cycle- Lead the preparation of country visits by Sr Leadership (presentations, agenda, etc)- Management reporting of performance and progress of key initiatives- Perform deep analysis of performance- Help identify opportunities and help create plans to capture opportunities- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends- Support KAMs with forecasting by partner- Review past sales data to determine trends (including market shares)- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management- Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments- Dashboards developments- Competitive analysis and monitoring of activities- Benchmarking of strategies and plans of other Rappi markets and bringing best practices- Give frequent and recurring visibility to the senior management team regarding progress on initiatives- Help set targets by sub-vertical and report on % compliance (to leadership and HR for variable pay)

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Strong in PowerBI, SQL, google drive/slides/word- Fluent in English and Spanish- Bachelor's degree in a relate bb d field- MBA is a plus- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills- Strong presentation & communication skills- High level of organization and detail-orientation- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize- Structured, organized, disciplined, routine based- Able to lead meetings in an efficient way
