**JOB DESCRIPTION** About the Program**
This two-year program is designed for aspiring finance professionals who want to deepen their industry knowledge and gain hands-on experience. Through two one-year rotations across various Finance & Business Management (F&BM) teams within our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our business.

- Teams that will be participating of 1st year assignment:

- **CFO Latam Business Management**: The primary function of the role is to provide support to the CFO to execute the Latin America and Canada (LAC) business agenda and drive strategic priorities.
- **Product Control**: Join the Securitized Product Group to ensure compliance with P&L recognition, risk reporting, and balance sheet management.
- **Payments - Business Management**: Strategically manage capital, drive growth, and provide analysis to improve results and drive decisions.
- **Control Management**: Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization.
- **Digital & Platform Services**: Partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis and develop new reporting capabilities.
- **Legal Entity Controller**: Oversee key financial and regulatory functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and preparing management reports.

**About You**
- A strong academic background - GPA of 8 on a 10-point scale is a plus.
- Pursuing a B.A. degree with an expected graduation before / by April 2026.
- Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Skills in problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in academic or community organizations / Up to 2 years of experience as an Analyst
