**The Role**

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects that require strong technical foundations and collaborative spirit.

**In this role, you will**

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using **Python**or **Node.js (TypeScript)**.
• Work with **Docker**for containerization and implement basic logging/error handling.
• Interact with **relational databases**(e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and at least one **NoSQL**store (e.g., MongoDB/DynamoDB) at a basic level.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions using **Git**and agile practices.
• Support active projects where backend integration is critical to delivery success.

**Who You Are**

• Up to 3 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in **Python**or **Node.js with TypeScript**; building **RESTful services**.
• Basic data modeling with a **relational DB**and familiarity with a **NoSQL**database.
• **Docker**fundamentals (build, run, compose) and **Git**usage.
• Currently studying or graduated from a systems-related field (exceptions may be considered).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**

• Exposure to **cloud**platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and simple CI/CD.
• Introductory experience in **GenAI**(e.g., **LangChain/LangGraph**) and awareness of **Bedrock**, **Vertex AI**, or **Azure OpenAI**.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders (customer-facing mindset).
