This role combines strategic oversight with operational management, ensuring that our marketing team delivers impactful campaigns that align with our company’s goals. As a key driver of our marketing strategy, you’ll work closely with the team to enhance brand presence, propose innovative campaigns, and optimize processes across all communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Ensure the Marketing team operates efficiently, following company guidelines and maintaining high standards in content creation.
- Assign tasks and manage responsibilities across the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across social media platforms and the website, delivering insights for continuous improvement.
- Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- Propose innovative content ideas and campaigns to foster engagement and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of marketing automation workflows and optimizations in HubSpot.
- Manage and guide the production of blog content to align with strategic initiatives.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or strategy development.
- Strong background in social media platforms, content strategy, and performance metrics.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to create workflows and automations, track lead generation performance and enhance marketing efforts.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory.
