**The Role**
- The role implies participation in the modelling and design of a data repository for a new product of BI & Analytics, using ETL tools, related to an Insurance Management system. This involves continuous collaboration with insurance business analysts to determine KPIs, definition and implementation of methodologies and standards for data driven projects, calendar releases definition and tracking and thorough documentation. Also define methodologies and best practices for collect and process the data.**Key Responsibilities**- Demonstrate and role model the Charles Taylor six Values by ensuring a Supportive Environment, upholding Excellence in People, focusing on Partnership with Clients, delivering High quality Work, promoting Group-wide Entrepreneurship and having an Appetite for Change.-
- Identifying data storage requirements. Determined the storage needs of the company. We need a bird's eye view of the data situation to choose the best suiting option.-
- Build a Data Warehouse capabilities.-
- Build reliable data pipelines.-
- ETL processes.-
- Quality Assurance.-
- Debugging.**Required Skills**:
- ETL Toolbox: Knowledge in ETL tools (Talend, ISST, Datastage, etc) preferred Talend.-
- + 2-3 years experienced in data-oriented projects (integration, migration, repository design)-
- SQL-
- Scripting: PL-SQL, Bash.-
- JAVA-
- Data Repository modelling and design (Data marts, data warehouse, data lakes, etc)-
- Database Engineering-
- High level of self-organization.-
- Advanced student or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.-
