As a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead, you will provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for a variety of areas within our organization. You will define key reporting metrics to analyze and propose improvements. You'll oversee and collaborate on projects that will make a difference to our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for managing the business cycle 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization
- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Supporting the Product Line during monthly/quarterly closing cycles, including Report Management and Maintenance, Analysis, and Communication to Regional and HQ Teams regarding results, trends, issues, opportunities, and risks.
- Providing data analysis and the financial ratios that will reveal the rate of return the business is earning on the retained earnings and assets.
- Leading as a project leader of medium sized projects or contributing to bigger projects.
- Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
- Managing Ad Hoc requests from both Product Line Management and Regional Finance Teams with the purpose to drive efficient and effective results both operationally and financially.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Finance. Working with financial planning, finance reports, Income Statements and accounting.
- Prior finance-related experience with SAP ERP it’s a plus.
- Advanced Level of English and Spanish.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
