Profesional autónomo completamente "hands on" tendrá que asumir el desafío de liderar el proceso de transformación. mentoring y due diligence de startups asociadas para que puedan levantar capital de inversionistas de tipo Angel y Venture Capital, con foco en etapas Seed y Serie A. - Búsqueda y revisión de nuevas oportunidades de inversión en fondos de Venture Capital e inversores Angel - Liderar los procesos de transacción, desde la búsqueda de acuerdos hasta la ejecución y la gestión de la cartera. - Preparar las empresas para el Due Diligence para poder presentar transparencia sobre las potenciales inversionistas. - Coach/Mentoring/Seguimiento en startups best practices (founder y c-level) - Priorizar el flujo de transacciones en función del impacto, la calidad, las consideraciones de valor estratégico y el atractivo de la economía. - Seguimiento de las inversiones existentes y búsqueda de financiación en las diferentes etapas. - Coordinación semanal con founder y c-level para identificar necesidades y fuentes de conocimiento. - Construcción de modelos financieros. - Creación de presentaciones y otros materiales para apoyar las relaciones con los inversores, la recaudación de fondos y oportunidades de desarrollo de negocios. - Tramitación, seguimiento y gestión de las comunicaciones. - Promover activamente una red sólida en el ecosistema de Venture Capital en todo el mundo (Asistir a eventos, crear eventos, etc.) - Desarrollar tesis de inversión, mapas de mercado y análisis profundos de oportunidades de mercado específicas o áreas tecnológicas con expertos en la materia. - Realizar la suscripción y preparar los memorándums de inversión. - Apoyar a las empresas del portafolio en recaudación de fondos y relación con inversionistas. - Desarrollo de red de inversionistas en Latam. (Deseable otras regiones como Asia, Europa, América del Norte, etc.) **Requisitos**: - Más de 3 años de experiência en puestos relacionados. (Family Office, Venture Capital, etc.) - Carrera enfocada al Venture Capital. - Experiência en la ejecución de acuerdos end-to-end. - Experiência en la ejecución de Due Diligence. - Conocimientos en valoración y evaluación de startups. - Experiência en investigación de mercados y producción de flujos de negocios. - Idiomas Inglés y Español fluidos ambos (Excluyente)
