**THE ROLE**
- Hands-on experience in executing large End-to-End Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.
- Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, Defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning, leveraging the capabilities of the SAP's latest technology platform(s) and reinforces their benefits and best practices
- Supports solution proposals and bid management, escalated projects
- Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (implementations, upgrades and Migrations). Mentoring in a plus
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Application Security, Single Sign-ON Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc.
- Good knowledge and understanding of new dimensional SAP products, Technologies and Methodologies (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BIGDATA, SDI, SLT )
- Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to SAP customer
- Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
- A record of taking initiatives, driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 setups for Technical Monitoring scenarios
- Supports the technical workstream and the coordination of technical stakeholders in an engagement explaining complex technical aspects to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences

**ADDITIONAL SKILLSETS** (one or combination of the below)
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Authorization & Authentication concepts & technologies and also of SAP GRC Suites of Products including AC, IdM etc, will be big plus.
- Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience of SAP Cloud Platform capabilities around Identity Authentication Services, Identity Provisioning Services etc. will be big plus.
- Knowledge and understanding IOT & Edge Technologies, BIGDATA, Machine Learning etc. will be big plus
- Technical coding knowledge in Shell Scripts, SQL, JavaScript and any one of programming language like JAVA or Python is a big plus.

**ROLE REQUIREMENT**

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.
- Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
- Must be open to travel on short notice.( Long term or short term )
- SAP Certifications (NetWeaver, HANA, OSDB - or a combination of these )
- AWS/Azure/Google Cloud : Solution or Architect certifications is a big plus.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Good working knowledge of databases like SAP HANA (as a must), Sybase ASE, Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, etc.
- Experience in working with SAP Applications such as S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP GRC, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP NetWeaver etc.(Combinations of these )
- Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux, etc.)
- Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, systems administration.

- Require 9+ years of work experience.
