**Automation Engineer**

This role is focused on automating manual workflows while training and enabling less technical users to maintain existing automations and ultimately develop new ones. You will be working within the Platform Engineering group to build automations across all three divisions (MarTech, FinTech, and SupplyTech).

**Primary Accountabilities**:
Collaborate with non-technical teams to first understand their existing workflows.

Work to improve and automate those workflows through the use of various automation tools.

Train and enable users throughout the company to maintain and build their own automations using low-code/no-code solutions.

Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across our technologies.

**Required Qualification**:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field

3+ years experience in software engineering demonstrating competencies in a variety of languages

3+ years experience using RPA/Low-code platforms, Servicenow Creator workflows preferred

Experience with REST API integrations

Experience with SQL based languages

Experience with cloud computing, GCP is preferred

Familiarity with Git

Familiarity with Jira

Familiarity with Scrum

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience using RPA/Low-code platforms
- Deep knowledge of Servicenow Creator workflows
