SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Travel Coordinator makes arrangements for the organization’s management on company business and leisure
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange travel and accommodation for management
- Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist management with travel-related issues or concerns
- Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
- Assist in purchasing and managing properties for Airbnb projects
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferably have a valid passport
- Preferably have experience traveling in other countries
- Good English communication skills
- Have the ability to travel in other countries at any possible time
