We're Looking for a Software Engineer for a **100% Remote Position **to work with USA client

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Software Engineer, you will work in backend support group within our Operations team. The Engineer will work with PLSQL/SQL, Python and Unix scripting & latest technologies Tool, mainly handling incidents using ITIL framework and developing automations in production system to reduce re-occurring problem.

What will your job look like?
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of production systems on a day-to-day basis to ensure the backend services are being delivered on time
- Incidents Handling using ITIL framework
- Converting Old Unix Scripts in Python module to work on multi-Thread
- Strong knowledge in PLSQL/SQL to write complex queries and knowledge in query Tunning. Knowledge of DB performance analysis is plus point
- Writing Unix Script with DB Connection and Remote DB connection. Strong knowledge on Unix Command to do Day to day work related to Incident handling.
- Telecom Understating background is good to have
- Fluent in English speaking as support need to connect globally
- SRE and Automation
- Production Technical Support
- High Availability

REQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory flexibility to work any shift or day of the week, including holidays
- Fluent in English speaking
