We are looking for a**_ Marketing Analyst_**

**Tasks**:

- Work closely with regional marketing teams to produce digital content assets to support priority campaigns and events.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess it against goals, including R0I and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Evaluate emerging technologies; provide vision and perspective for adoption in LATAM where appropriate.
- Maintain tight budget controls across all digital marketing initiatives.
- Build solid relationships across regional marketing teams to identify opportunities to share best practices, improve processes, and promote operational efficiency.
- Guide and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across digital channels (e.g., cadence, frequency, etc.) to support business objectives and improve customer experience.

**Skills**:

- Graduated or advanced students of Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Effective presentation of information and solid communication skills
- Up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Intermediate/advanced language skills in English.
