**Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Marketer**

**Location: Remote **(Global)**

Pro Coffee Gear, a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Austin, Texas, specializes in coffee equipment and related accessories. Our vision is to fuel our customers' coffee experiences with high-quality products and exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online sales.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports to optimize website performance and improve SEO.
- Work closely with the sales and client success teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate leads.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Marketer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus.
