TALENT ACQUISITON SPECIALIST Modalidad híbrida o 100% remoto para quienes viven en el interior del país. Será responsable de liderar procesos de manera integral, interactuar con clientes internos, desarrollar las estrategias de selección y headhunting para atraer perfiles contables, impositivos, auditores, entre otros, de diversos seniorities.

**Requisitos**:
Buscamos profesionales sólidos, estudiantes avanzados o graduados en Lic. en Recursos Humanos/Relaciones del Trabajo, Lic. Psicología o cualquier carrera afín. Manejo de idioma inglés (desde upper intermediate), excluyente. Contar con al menos cuatro años de experiência previa en puestos similares, desarrollada en Consultoras de primera línea, Share Service Center o Start Up. Experiência en entrevistas por competencias (preferentemente). Valoramos personas con excelentes relaciones interpersonales, autonomía, con visión consultiva y de servicio, interesados en asumir desafíos, y que puedan incorporarse a un equipo dinámico.
