IT Recruiter

**Key Accountabilities**:
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality IT talent.
Consistently work in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pipeline future talent, manage KPIs and feed global dashboards.
- Support / participate in IT Global/Regional Projects.
- Collaborate in HR Projects, especially Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, People Analytics.
- Be proactive to suggest and implement your own ideas working with autonomy.
**Key Qualifications and Experience**

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant IT recruiting /sourcing / headhunting experience.
- Previous experience with RPO.
- Previous experience managing IT Strategic Projects designs and implementation.
- Selection systems & techniques: ATS and selection methods to enable the best hiring decisions.
Fluent in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
**Preferred Qualifications**

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Professional and degree qualification (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology).
- Willingness to learn about new stack technologies, persistence and determination, communication and relationships-building skills.
