**CUSTOMER SERVICES**

AGN RRHH se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Customer service/ atención al cliente para empresa del rubro de la construcción.

Tareas a realizar:
Atender llamadas entrantes, efectuar contacto con los clientes y controlar los pedidos contribuyendo a la gestión Logistica brindando un asesoramiento de calidad al cliente y garantizando la satisfacción del mismo.

Deberá aportar al sector de despacho la información pertinente para que los pedidos se entreguen en tiempo y forma, dar soporte al área de ventas activando su gestión luego de cerrar la venta.

**Requisitos**:
Universitario finalizado o en curso.

Manejo Microsoft Office.

Experiência de al menos 2 años en tareas similares.

Experiência en e-commerce.

Zona de trabajo: 2 días en showroom de Vicente Lopez y 3 días en depósito de Munro.

Se ofrece:

- Contratación: contrato por tiempo indeterminado.
- Horario: lunes a viernes de 8.00 a 17hs
- Obra Social
- Sueldo: Acorde al puesto.
