Sr. Business Analyst

**About the role**:
As a **Senior Business Analyst**, you will make an impact by leading business analysis efforts across complex, cross-functional projects. You will be a valued member of the **SNBG Team**and work collaboratively with project leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders to design scalable, integrated solutions that align with business goals.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for complex technology and process optimization projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements, including user stories.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution architecture and design.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, drive consensus, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet user expectations and business outcomes.

**What you need to have to be considered**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in process design and optimization.
- 3+ years of experience working on technology projects, including cross-platform or multi-system integration initiatives.
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements using user stories and other industry-standard techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow.

- Certifications such as Six Sigma, CPDE, Agile, Prosci, or TOGAF.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMPO).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic guidance across teams.
- Experience in metrics, reporting, and performance measurement.
