**What you'll do**:

- Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**:

- 6+ years of experience in Java software development
- Proven experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources)
- Proficiency with Spring Framework, Maven, and OOP principles
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced English (both spoken and written)
- Willingness to work hybrid: 2 days on-site in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with HL7, CDA, IHE standards
- Background in healthcare systems or digital health platforms
- Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Contributions to open-source projects or active tech communities

**Location & Schedule**:

- Hybrid: 2 on-site days per week in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires
- Full-time, long-term role.
