**Reporting to the Founding Team, main responsibilities will be**: Responsible for the whole finance function (FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, Taxes, Internal Controls) Create and manage the finance team; Highly involved in strategic processes such as Financing and capital raise (investor rounds); Investment Valuations. Ensuring full compliance with company policies and guidelines, addressing treasury and cash flow issues operating across complex economies, multinational tax issues. Manage relationships with Banks and major financial service providers. Coordinate Global cash management tools to centralize financial information; Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the optimal capital structure and market conditions. Prepare Planning & Business reports, highlights, presentations and strategic reviews for the founding Team & Investor. Prepare monthly presentations of financial results and annual budget. Integrated a cross functional team responsible for defining and implementing the Company's key strategic initiatives. Partnered with the different Business Units to identify, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities.

**Requisitos**:
