Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing relationships with both our valued customers and our growing network of influencers. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth communication, maintain strong partnerships, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless brand experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing outreach, contracts, and ongoing collaboration.
Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and brand alignment.
Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and influencer partnerships.
Monitor and track the success of influencer collaborations, gathering feedback and insights for improvement.
Ensure all communication reflects the brand's voice, values, and standards.
Support additional administrative tasks related to customer service and influencer management as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Experience in customer service or influencer management is a plus but not required.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
