As a Senior Clinical Research Specialist, you will represent Medtronic from a clinical research perspective and collect feedback from local customers and authorities in the South American region. The position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago, Chile, operating on a hybrid model.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Prepare and author protocols, patient record forms and drive local evidence dissemination and awareness
- Conduct registered and non-registered clinical studies of products that have been determined to satisfy a medical need and/or offer a commercial potential
- Resolve operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), good clinical practice (GCP) and specific country regulations, and may prepare clinical trial budgets
- Build and maintain optimal relationships and effective collaborations with various internal and external parties, including clinical supply operations, and site and vendor selection

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in health and sciences
- At least five years of relevant experience in developing real-world evidence from data sets
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in customer engagement, data generation, and publication within a medical setting
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
