Motion Graphics Designer

The Branding team is responsible for representing the Avature brand in images, audio, and video used for social media, presentations, documents, and websites. As Motion Graphics Designer, you’ll create captivating visuals for social media, presentations, documents, and websites, collaborating with various marketing teams, Training, UX, and Internal Communications to ensure brand consistency across media and platforms.
Your challenges and objectives
- Boost our brands through video storytelling and eye-catching animated visuals.
- Bring an expert view of motion to elevate our animated visuals.
- Stay close to other designers and exchange branded assets, such as icons, type compositions, and ideas.
- Bring methods and best practices in motion graphics to the team to avoid bottlenecks through scoping and planning before animating.
- Enrich our brand with a recognizable Avature motion style.

Your day-to-day activities
- Create social media and marketing videos in collaboration with designers and content creators.
- Learn and grow along with graphic designers and content creators, sharing ideas about new media, tendencies, methods, tips and tricks.
- Work hand in hand with our video content editor to provide animations and other graphic elements for video content.
- Develop our corporate and talent brand visual assets.

About you
- Highly collaborative personality.
- Strong editing software skills (mainly Adobe).
- A keen eye for detail both on visual and sensible layers (pace, image/audio blend, storytelling, logical sequence, etc.)
- Experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English knowledge is a plus.
