- Ensure fluent communication between the Cloud and IT areas.
- Perform troubleshooting on ongoing incidents, ensuring quick and reliable responses to monitoring events.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Develop system tools to automate environment creation and deployments.
- Interact with different technologies, such as AWS, Docker, and Puppet.
- Ensure resilience and continuity on running systems with quick response to outages.

**About you**:

- Linux system administration knowledge and experience.
- Bash coding skills.
- Superior analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Cloud administration and containerization experience with technologies such as AWS or Docker.
- Knowledge of automation: configuration management (e.g. Puppet, Rundeck), observability.
- Software development skills (e.g. Python) are a plus.
