This is the job In Capital Federal, working hybrid modality (3x2) with in the Insurance industry, we are actively seeking a professional Senior Functional Technical Analyst with a strong technical background and the ability to seamlessly connect with business units. You will be the crucial bridge for modernizing our platforms, integrating legacy systems with cutting‑edge solutions. This is the team In your role you'll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve performing functional testing and ensuring the quality of the implementation. Here you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to global technological progress while at the same time advancing your own skills, and career. This is you - +5 years as a Functional Technical Analyst in complex environments. - Proven experience in backend development and integrated solution design. - In-depth knowledge of relational databases and data modeling. - Experience integrating with legacy systems and modernizing platforms. - Familiarity with service‑oriented architectures (SOA, Microservices). - Knowledge of or interest in AI tools applied to software development. Nice-to-have skills - Analytical thinking and a strong problem‑solving orientation. - Effective communication with technical teams and business users. - Autonomy, proactivity, and a capacity for continuous learning. - Strong focus on results and quality. This is your role - Gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements. - Design technical solutions that enable effective integration between modern systems and legacy platforms. - Develop and maintain key services, APIs, and integration processes. - Collaborate with development teams to define the technical architecture. - Utilize AI tools to accelerate coding, documentation, and testing. - Perform functional testing and ensure the quality of the implementation.
