We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven SEO Specialist who’s excited to shape the future of organic growth through AI innovation and workflow automation. You’ll help clients scale visibility and revenue by combining proven SEO fundamentals with automation tools that make keyword research, reporting, and technical audits faster and smarter. This role is ideal for someone analytical and curious — a person who doesn’t just follow SEO playbooks but improves them. Why You’ll Want to Join - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) - Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) - Observance of Holidays (based on your location) - 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive - Access to automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable) for workflow optimization - Work with global SaaS and eCommerce brands focused on measurable growth - Collaborate with a sharp, creative, and results-driven team that values experimentation What You’ll Work On SEO Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies for B2B and B2C clients - Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent-based content mapping - Collaborate with content and technical teams to align SEO goals with marketing strategy Automation & AI Integration - Build automations for recurring SEO workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable - Test and integrate AI-assisted workflows for tasks such as content briefs, audits, and reporting - Explore emerging technologies (AI search, semantic optimization, voice search) to stay ahead of industry shifts Technical SEO - Conduct technical audits to improve site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and performance - Support site migrations, crawl optimization, and indexing improvements - Collaborate with developers to resolve technical blockers impacting SEO visibility Analytics & Insights - Monitor performance in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush - Analyze ranking trends, CTR, and conversions to identify actionable insights - Create client-facing reports that focus on business outcomes, not vanity metrics Content Collaboration - Work with content teams to embed SEO best practices across all assets - Use AI tools to identify topic opportunities and close keyword gaps - Contribute to testing frameworks that measure content performance over time What You Bring - 3+ years of experience in SEO strategy, technical SEO, or organic growth campaigns - Skilled in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and keyword clustering or topic modeling tools - Proficient with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable - Comfortable analyzing data and presenting actionable insights - Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly - Curious and adaptable, with a test-and-learn mindset Nice to Have - Experience in SaaS or eCommerce SEO - Familiarity with programmatic SEO or AI-driven content systems - Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or structured data - Knowledge of content operations or marketing automation systems How to Apply Please include: 1.
