Chief Marketing Officer Responsibilities - Develop, refine, and ensure frameworks, processes, and policies related to brand are adhered to and hold members of the organization strictly accountable. - Using a range of tactics to drive from awareness to conversion. - Managing significant annual budget and member forecast including media spend allocation. - Managing relationships with media agencies and vendors. - Establish clear guidelines for brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all outlets. - Ensure the quality and effectiveness of brand content. - Build and effectively manage the senior leadership team for the Marketing function. - Define and drive our Digital Marketing strategy Partnering with Finance, Analytics and Data Science to define and measure success. - Anaylzing marketing performance reports and make proactive recommendations for changes. - Leading the overall tracking, forecasting and communication of related success metrics. - Establish required levels of competency and governance processes to ensure others can operate independently while adhering to your strict standards for quality. - Drive and push the limits of creativity with everyone in the organization, ensuring that we’re always challenging the upper limits of what we can do to amplify our brand and embark on forward‑thinking marketing campaigns. Requisitos Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree - 10+ years of marketing experience. - Strong analytical skills and experience weaving data and customer insight into innovative strategies. - Proven track record of success in brand building and brand management. - Deep experience of leading a senior marketing team through establishing a clear direction developing and empowering a team, and auditing performance to ensure consistent execution. Preferred Qualifications - An MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is a plus. - Proactive and solutions oriented. - Exhibits excellent judgment. - Has relentlessly high standards. - Thinks strategically, but stays on top of execution. - Expects and requires innovation of her/his team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
