Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Quality Management solutions for our clients across various industries, with a focus on regulated sectors such as life sciences and manufacturing. - Lead SAP QM configuration and support activities in implementation and enhancement projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions - Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for SAP QM modules - Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose optimal QM solutions - Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with technical teams to resolve problems - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in QM processes - Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts - Provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices and industry trends to clients and team members - Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and deliverables Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation, extension, or support projects - In-depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection processes, sampling, batch management, quality notifications, and quality certificates - Strong understanding of integration between SAP QM and related modules (MM, PP, WM) - Experience working in regulated industries, preferably in the life sciences or manufacturing sectors - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members - Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) - SAP QM certification preferred - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Willingness to travel as required for client engagements Additional Information At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.
