The Role Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision‑making and investment activities. - Develop detailed financial projections and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions. - Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and economic data to provide insights into market conditions and investment opportunities. - Ensure the organization’s financial planning is healthy and profitable, achieving full financial control and sustainable growth aligned with business objectives. - Act as a strategic business partner for the CEO and Director of Operations. - Provide support to senior management and investors with financial analysis and reporting. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement financial models, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks. - Monitor and evaluate investment performance, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements. - Manage risk assessment and risk management strategies. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. - 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking or a related field. - Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques. - Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis. - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software. - At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, CFO, finance officer, or relevant role. - Industry experience (Technology, SaaS, Marketplaces, etc). - Ability to manage risk assessment and risk management strategies. - Thriving in a startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources. - Having experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition will be highly desirable. - Proficiency in the English language.
