Are you a passionate and experienced Digital Design leader ready to work with some of the world/'s most recognized global brands? Hogarth Buenos Aires is seeking a Head of Digital Design to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is split between two key areas: developing high-quality digital design across online, social media, OOH, and other collateral materials, AND leading & inspiring creative teams in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do - Take briefs from internal and external clients and develop them from concept to final delivery. - Create on-brand, high-quality digital assets within agreed timelines. - Apply strong design theory and typography skills to every project. - Collaborate with creative leadership, clients, and global teams. - Lead and coordinate designers to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding work. - Present ideas clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients. - Proactively solve problems and escalate when needed. What we're looking for - Proven experience in design or creative teams within the industry. - Strong background in digital design and production. - Excellent conceptual, design, and typography skills. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (mandatory). - Experience with automation tools is a plus. - Strong retouching and visualization skills. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
