Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for utility clients. The role requires strong domain expertise in SAP for Utilities (IS-U) with hands-on experience across billing, device management, customer service, and integration with FI/CA and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP IS-U modules including Billing, Device Management, Contract Accounts (FI-CA), and Customer Service (CS) - Conduct business process workshops and fit-gap analysis with utility sector stakeholders - Design functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom development - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Support data migration, interface mapping, and middleware configuration as needed - Provide end-user training and prepare documentation (functional specs, test cases, manuals) - Handle post-go-live support, change requests, and issue resolution in production - Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FICO, CRM, PM, MM) for system integration - Ensure solutions are aligned with SAP best practices and utility industry standards - Work closely with the client’s IT and business teams to manage system improvements and updates Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation or support - Strong process knowledge in utility billing, metering, and customer services - Functional configuration experience in IS-U modules: Billing & Invoicing (B&I), Device Management (DM), Customer Service (CS), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) - Experience working with smart metering, deregulated market processes, or energy/water/utilities sectors is a plus - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment preferred - Excellent problem-solving and client interaction skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Must be open to work fully onsite at the Manila office Why Join Us - Work with SAP’s #1 Value-Added Partner in the Philippines - Exposure to large-scale projects across utilities and enterprise clients - Opportunities for growth, certification, and learning in emerging SAP technologies - Dynamic and collaborative team culture How to Apply If you’re ready to empower utility transformation through SAP innovation, send your resume to: Apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
