Desarrollo de estrategias de comunicación:
Colaborar con líderes y áreas de soporte para desarrollar estrategias de comunicación interna que apoyen los objetivos organizacionales y la cultura de la empresa.
Empoderar y fomentar una comunicación fluida y multidireccional, promoviendo conversaciones que generen engagement entre los colaboradores.
Confeccionar la agenda de contenidos comunicacionales, con foco en los siguientes ejes estratégicos: negocio, clientes, personas y procesos.
Plataformas de comunicación:
Gestionar y utilizar diversas plataformas de comunicación interna, como intranets, correo electrónico y Yammer, para informar sobre desarrollo profesional, cambios organizacionales, resultados de negocio, cultura organizacional y responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE).
Eventos, reuniones y celebraciones:
Organizar eventos y reuniones internas que fomenten la participación de los colaboradores y la interacción entre equipos.
Generación de contenidos multimedia:
Supervisar la creación y edición de contenido multimedia, como videos y presentaciones, para mejorar la comunicación interna y promover la cultura de la empresa.
Requisitos y condiciones
Formación: estudiante avanzado o recibido en las carreras de Comunicación social, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas y/o afines (excluyente)
Experiencia laboral: mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en roles afines(excluyente).
Conocimiento en plataformas de comunicación: conocimiento de las herramientas y plataformas de comunicación interna, como intranets, aplicaciones de mensajería y redes sociales corporativas.
Modalidad de gestión hibrida de trabajo.
Jornada full time de gestión de lunes a viernes 09 a 18 hs.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con diferentes departamentos y niveles jerárquicos.
Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y adaptarse a entornos cambiantes.
