General Pico, Argentina ElectroNeek Robotics Inc. Jornada completa EUR 64 - EUR 118 Por obra
ElectroNeek is the intelligent automation platform where autonomous AI agents, RPA bots, and people work as one digital workforce. Y Combinator backed (W20), trusted by Xerox, Ricoh, Sage, and 7-Eleven, with 1M+ workflow runs per month across 350+ integrations, with SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance following. We've moved automation from scripted bots to truly autonomous AI agents that plan, decide, and collaborate, and it's already live in production. We work with both direct customers and partners (system integrators, MSPs, consultancies) across a wide range of industries, mostly small and midsize businesses, helping them adopt and expand automation initiatives. Role Overview The SDR owns the front door of ElectroNeek's pipeline: turning AI-driven outreach into qualified first meetings with new partners and prospects. ElectroNeek sells RPA, AI agents, and intelligent document processing to direct customers and through partners who own the platform and build recurring service revenue on top of it. This role creates the conversations that feed both motions. Every deal in our funnel starts here, so the role rewards daily discipline and consistent execution above all. You will work directly with our Sales Manager across four regions: LATAM, NA, Europe, and India, each run as its own outreach flow. Automation builds the lists and sends the first touches through LinkedIn (GetSales.io) and email sequences. You turn replies into meetings, add your own personalized outreach where it matters, and hand every meeting to the Sales Manager with a complete brief. Success is measured by qualified first meetings held, not messages sent and not meetings booked that never happen, but real conversations with the right people at the right companies. English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a strong plus. You will reply to prospects in their own language and switch between regions and time zones every day. You do not need to be an automation expert on day one, but you need to learn fast. You should be able to explain in plain language what RPA and AI agents do, recognize when a prospect has a real process problem worth a conversation, and qualify out poor‑fit prospects early.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to every reply from our AI outreach flows (GetSales.io on LinkedIn and email sequences) within one business day, in the prospect's language.
- Convert positive and curious replies into confirmed calendar slots with the Sales Manager.
- Run your own targeted outreach on top of automated flows: personalized LinkedIn messages, follow‑up emails, and calls to high‑priority accounts.
- Handle first‑touch questions and objections using approved positioning: what the platform does, how it differs from per‑bot licensing, and why partners choose to own the platform.
- Send the right proof when a prospect asks for it: case study, deck, or one‑pager from our sales library.
- Reduce no‑shows: confirm meetings, send reminders, and reschedule quickly when needed. Qualification & Handoff
- Qualify before booking: confirm fit against our ICP (partner type such as SI, MSP, consultancy, or vendor partner; company size; industry; region; role of the contact; current automation stack) and a named reason to talk.
- For every booked meeting, log a short brief in HubSpot before the call: who, company, systems, likely pain, and what was promised in outreach.
- Join the first call when the Sales Manager asks, introduce the context gathered in outreach, and log the agreed next step afterward.
- Out of scope: in‑depth discovery, demos, solution design, pricing, negotiation, and closing. These belong to the Sales Manager. CRM, Process & Data
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with full discipline: every contact, reply, call, email, task, and next step logged accurately and on time, with no duplicate records.
- Flag contacts outside ICP or geography, duplicates, and weak messaging so campaigns improve week over week.
- Operate inside our defined sales process and frameworks rather than improvising your own. Working With AI Tooling
- Use Claude and other AI tools as part of your daily workflow: account research, reply drafting, meeting briefs, and objection handling.
- Read your own Claude‑generated performance dashboard (replies, meetings booked, show rate, meetings held), identify gaps, and adjust without being told.
- Be open to feedback that is data‑driven rather than opinion‑driven. How We Measure Success
- Qualified meetings held (primary metric): first meetings that actually happen and pass ICP qualification.
- Reply‑to‑meeting rate: booked meetings divided by positive replies.
- Speed to reply: under one business day for every prospect reply.
- Show rate: meetings held divided by meetings booked.
- Meeting‑to‑opportunity rate: held meetings accepted as pipeline by the Sales Manager.
- CRM hygiene: 100% of touches logged, no duplicates, next steps dated. Required Experience & Skills
- 1+ year as an SDR
