Site Access and Control Manager - Tietoevry Create (M/F/d) Job Description Tietoevry Create is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Site Access and Control Manager for our respected client in the telecommunications field. Responsibilities - Lead Site Access Process: Make sure the process for getting access to sites works smoothly across all teams and locations, whether we own or lease the site. - Share Knowledge: Help others in the company understand how site access works by providing clear information and training. - Keep Data Accurate: Make sure all site access information in our database is correct and up to date. - Work with Site Owners: Build good relationships with site owners and help solve access problems like locked gates or broken doors. - Manage Portals: Take care of the online portals used by site owners to manage access. - Control Access Lists: Keep track of who has permanent access to each site and update the lists when needed. - Handle Keys: Keep a record of where physical keys are stored and who has them. - Coordinate Logistics: Make sure shipments to and from sites follow the right process and are handled properly. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in site access management, facilities administration, security coordination, or a similar role. - Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 or higher) – able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form with internal teams and external partners. - Strong understanding of access control procedures, including key management and access list administration. - Excellent communication skills for coordinating with site owners, internal teams, and external vendors. - Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to site access and physical keys. - Experience working with online portal systems used to manage access and site permissions. - Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of identifying and correcting data inaccuracies. - Ability to create and deliver training or informational content related to access processes. - Problem‑solving mindset to address and resolve access‑related issues such as blocked entries or damaged infrastructure. - Knowledge of logistics coordination involving shipments to and from operational sites. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills, especially when managing multiple sites and stakeholders. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other workplace tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, ticketing systems). - Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve access procedures and compliance.
