* Meaningful impact on surgical outcomes and patient safetyPosition OverviewProvide comprehensive preoperative evaluations, medical risk assessment, and perioperative optimization for surgical patients. Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinating diagnostic testing and specialty referrals, and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients are medically ready for surgery.Practice Locations* 3 days at Santa Rosa Medical Center: Adult patients only; hybrid remote and in-office.
* 2 days San Rafael Medical Center: Adult patients only (there is potential for pediatric patients if Board certified in Family Medicine); in-office only.Qualifications* MD or DO
