Senior Director, Product

This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering product strategy at scale within a complex, global, and fast-growing environment. You will lead multiple product teams, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Acting as both a strategic leader and an operator, you will guide roadmap development, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure high-quality delivery across distributed teams. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, operating across time zones, and managing high-impact initiatives in regulated or technically complex domains. You will play a critical role in scaling product practices, developing product talent, and translating customer and operational challenges into durable product solutions.
