Lead Structural Superintendent

Ames Construction is seeking a Structures Superintendent to lead on-site coordination of foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete, steel and bridge work. You will supervise self‑perform crews and subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure work meets drawings, codes and safety standards. This safety‑sensitive role requires a strong background in heavy civil construction, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and the ability to communicate across project teams.
