Key Responsibilities - Manage a pod of 4+ direct reports, overseeing bandwidth, utilization, and team development. - Lead coaching, mentoring, role‑playing, feedback, and skill development for team members. - Handle complex client accounts with high‑quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication. - Proactively drive client growth, innovate new channel strategies, and continuously improve team skills. - Ensure delivery of a top‑tier product for clients. - Manage your book of business, monitor account performance, sentiment, and standing to retain and grow clients. - Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimize processes. - Serve as a key leader on designated accounts, acting as the point of escalation for strategy and account performance. - Demonstrate top‑tier performance marketing and business acumen. Requirements & Qualifications - Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. - 3+ years of performance media buying experience, ideally in a digital or media agency. - 2+ years of e‑commerce experience. - Strong Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and strong enthusiasm, passion, and creativity for paid social and client work. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth. - Proficiency in written and spoken English at an advanced level. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Client performance and retention in pod. - Unforecasted churn - 100% Net Revenue Retention. - 95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15Five. - Client performance goals met on 100% of designated accounts.
