Job Description - Executive - Sales (MER00037PI)

Description

1. Maintain and update the available production allocation for monthly ordering.
2. Work closely with the dealer on monthly order submission.
3. Process the order forms received from the dealer.
4. Follow-up with HQ and dealer on production status, delays, and shipments.
5. Prepare price list and manage Model Year change.
6. Support on connectivity app/innovative features testing and reporting.

Qualifications

- University graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in automotive industry, supply chain, and logistics is an advantage.
- Accurate and systematic worker.
- Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to work under time pressure and to strict deadlines.
