Por encargo de nuestro cliente, empresa transnacional líder en comercialización de telefonía y productos tecnológicos, solicitamos: Un(a) City Manager/ Coordinador(a) Comercial de Telefonía. Requisitos: Estudios culminados universitarios en Administración, Ing. Industrial o carreras afines. Mínimo 2 años desempeñando funciones similares. Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo. Office nivel intermedio. Inglés a nivel básico. Gestión comercial intermedio. Funciones - Conocer, participar de la elaboración, actualizar y revisar del modelo de negocio de la cuenta reportando el alcance de los objetivos. - Establecer estrategias de ventas. - Realizar análisis de competencia y sugerir acciones diferenciadas. - Responsable de la comunicación con el cliente. - Responsable de los resultados de la cuenta ante gerentes. - Evaluar el desempeño de todo el equipo, vendedores y soporte comercial. - Determinar a tiempo necesidades de cobertura por rotación o incremento por crecimiento coordinando con el área de talento humano para seleccionar a los perfiles idóneos. - Asegurar la cobertura de los puntos de venta.
