Account Director, Client Experience – Power Digital Marketing Overview Power Digital Marketing is a tech‑enabled growth firm that sits at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and data intelligence. Responsibilities - Lead integrated marketing campaigns for B2B, Consumer Services, CPG/Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle/Ecommerce, and Enterprise clients. - Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes and improve performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with client key decision makers, conducting monthly check‑ins to gauge sentiment and uncover opportunities. - Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that exceed client objectives, demonstrating proficiency in media planning and audience targeting. - Leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities, translate learnings into concise reports, and drive tactical optimizations. - Define measurement frameworks, prioritize business metrics, and use platform or attribution data to inform decisions. - Lead contract renewal strategy, presentation, and proposal development to extend client partnerships and review contracts regularly to ensure goals are met. - Collaborate with the account manager and internal teams to identify and execute service expansions. - Manage a client portfolio of at least $175K in monthly recurring revenue. - Co‑coach, mentor, and develop the account team through servant leadership, timely feedback, and up‑skilling opportunities. - Handle additional tasks and projects as required by Client Services leadership. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 8+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in agency or agency‑like environment. - Proven track record delivering high customer satisfaction scores. - Extensive experience with CRM/Marketing Operations platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot). - Experience speaking to business‑level metrics (LTV:CAC, MER, etc.). - Campaign leadership skills for end‑to‑end development across multi‑channel environments. - Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with executive‑level contacts. - High energy, self‑starter, dependable, with excellent organization and time‑management. - Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem‑solving, continuous learning, and personal development. - Strong proficiency in English. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - ETCR or Expansion to Churn Ratio (quarterly). - MRR Closed Service Expansion Retainer per Month (quarterly). - Average Client NPS – 8.8. Most Important Things (MITs) - Team coaching and development. - Marketing strategy, development, and execution. - Client retention and revenue growth.
