Estamos buscando un Strategis Business Semi Senior o Senior con al menos 3 años de experiencia para integrar el equipo de trabajo con importante cliente en proyectos del sector financiero.
Descripción del puesto:
Estamos en busca de un profesional SemiSenior/Senior en Strategic Business con experiencia en el sector bancario y fintech. El candidato ideal será responsable de desarrollar estrategias comerciales efectivas y de impulsar el crecimiento y la innovación en la organización.
Responsabilidades:
-Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
-Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.
-Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para impulsar iniciativas estratégicas.
-Realizar presentaciones y reportes sobre el desempeño del negocio.
-Fomentar relaciones con clientes y socios clave.
Requisitos:
-Experiencia previa en roles de negocio estratégico en el sector bancario o fintech.
-Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
-Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio.
