Healthcare System Partner (Acceso) – Neuquén Join Roche to shape the future of healthcare. As a Healthcare System Partner (Acceso), you will be the local face of Roche, working closely with healthcare system stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, and payers, to secure better outcomes for a larger number of patients, faster and sustainably. The Position As the primary liaison, you will be directly responsible for challenging and shaping the healthcare system to deliver improved health outcomes and societal benefits. Key Responsibilities - Shape your ecosystem by partnering with Policy, Value Base, Communications, and NGOs to create policies that improve patient access. - Drive healthcare system innovation and unlock opportunities to add value for the ecosystem and society. - Identify, map, engage, and manage ecosystem stakeholders. - Act as a trusted partner and the primary contact between stakeholders and Roche, prioritizing resources and accelerating solutions. - Monitor the ecosystem, identifying trends and patterns to provide external perspectives that inform Roche’s strategy. - Design innovative business proposals that showcase the value of Roche’s portfolio and digital ecosystem solutions. - Identify new business opportunities to increase access within institutions. Profile / Qualifications - University degree (science, economics, business). A life‑science degree or MBA is preferred. - Hands‑on knowledge of digital innovation methodologies. - Background in health‑policy. - Advanced English proficiency. - Understanding of the healthcare system, processes, and governance. - Experience managing complex projects. - Strong business acumen with experience in commercialization and customer‑experience excellence. - Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
