Our client is an innovative U. S.-based fintech company in the private credit / investment space, helping investors access institutional-quality opportunities through a technology-driven platform. They operate as a global team focused on innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Associate who is an execution-focused “doer”. This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires.

Candidates must be located locally and available to work in person once a week, with the remaining time fully remote. You’ll manage the relationship with a Buenos Aires–based growth agency, support a major corporate rebrand, and coordinate social media and digital efforts. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple marketing projects in a lean team. You Will - Act as the main executor for marketing projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. - Manage the relationship with the Buenos Aires growth agency including: - Meeting in person about once a week or every two weeks. - Aligning on priorities, assets, and feedback for campaigns and creatives. - Support digital brand and rebranding initiatives with the Director of Marketing and VP. - Oversee social media execution through a part-time social media contractor. - Support paid and growth marketing by providing/organizing assets and reviewing creatives. - Use HubSpot for key marketing operations (campaigns, lists, basic automation, reporting). - Collaborate with U.

S.-based leadership and consultants to keep projects moving.

Skills

- 3–5+ years in digital marketing (B2B, SaaS, or fintech a plus). - Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing. - Comfortable working with Canva (strongly preferred); Figma is a nice to have. - Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and presentation tools (Keynote/PowerPoint/Slides). - English: intermediate–advanced; able to follow meetings and work daily in English. - Based in Buenos Aires and able to meet the agency in Saavedra regularly. - Comfortable working remotely and independently. - Strong executor and finisher: you move projects from idea to done. - Organized, reliable, and able to multitask across several initiatives. - Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable in a small, lean team. - Collaborative and clear in communication with internal and external stakeholders. Nice to Have - Fintech or financial services experience. - Good presentation/visual storytelling skills to own company decks. - Basic design abilities for simple assets and layouts. - Prior experience in startups or small teams. - Compensation: $3,000–$4,500 USD/month (contractor), depending on seniority. - Time off: 15 business days of paid vacation per year, U. S. (New York) holidays, with flexibility to swap some with Argentine holidays. - Potential to grow and help build a broader marketing function over time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
