Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI Engineer with a passion for creating cutting-edge AI applications to join our dynamic team. This role involves both product development and client consulting, with a focus on implementing and scaling generative AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deploy AI applications using advanced programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, llama-index, etc.
2. Integrate state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, including LLMs, to enhance our product offerings and consulting services.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, to design scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.
4. Apply knowledge of NLP concepts such as embeddings, retrieval augmented generation, and named entity recognition to improve AI application performance.
5. Ensure efficient model productionization in collaboration with MLOps and Data Engineering teams.
6. Deploy and manage AI solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.
7. Keep abreast of the latest AI technology trends and advancements to drive innovation within the organization.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML and NLP.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in developing AI applications, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in generative AI and NLP.
3. Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.
4. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data lake/delta lake architectures.
5. Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity in applying AI/ML techniques to business problems, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
