All About the Role As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will be a trusted client business advisor, leading client engagements across a range of industries and project types—including consulting services, Test & Learn, and data & analytics. You will direct engagement teams to deliver best‑in‑class insights and project deliverables, providing subject‑matter expertise and guiding teams toward business‑focused solutions that drive client value. Responsibilities include owning mid‑ to senior‑level client relationships, proactively engaging in the client agenda, managing project delivery, mentoring junior teammates, and contributing to Mastercard’s knowledge management and best practices. Your Qualifications - Undergraduate or master’s degree and tenured work experience after completing the undergraduate degree. - Experience as a consultant in a consulting organization. - Direct experience managing multiple people across multiple projects. - Experience as a people manager. - Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills. - Preferred exposure in payments, retail banking or merchants. - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s). - Demonstrated ability to own and develop relationships with mid‑ and executive‑level client contacts. - Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. - Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required; SQL / data expertise preferred. - Eligibility to work in the country of application and travel visas, as required.
