Job Description
- Responsible for the successful development of multiple medium-to-high complexity projects in a limited time framework
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Program kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
- Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans, budget plans, resource allocations
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance/analytics
- Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, partners, stakeholders and multifunctional teams
- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing
- Coordinate asset deliveries with partners, client and internal teams
- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration
- Coach and mentor other team members; specifically other Project Managers.

A Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing production and teams on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with other PM’s, he is in charge of supervising the schedules and deliverables of the area to guarantee the efficient delivery of production. Main tasks

- 3-6 years’ experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
- Agency or client-side experience
- Intermediate MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred
- MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet, Egnyte, Jira, Trello, Notion, Monday) intermediate experience preferred
- Knowledge/familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.) preferred
- Deep knowledge of web and related technologies, including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).
- Experience defining the scope of new products and features, communicating requirements and dependencies, and proactively identifying project bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably in AEM
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, certifications in this regard is a plus.
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Advanced studies or Bachelor's degree in careers related to business: Communication Sciences, Marketing, or Advertising. Some Of Our Benefits Are
