Overview Remote Director of Commercial Accounts. This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE. This role is pivotal in managing and providing outstanding service to a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients. As the key point of contact, you will work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams to ensure all client needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise. You/'ll drive customer retention and revenue growth by building robust relationships and leveraging your knowledge of insurance processes. The position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented remote environment.
