Propósito de la Posición:
Liderar con profesionalismo los procesos del área técnica, asegurando que no se afecte la seguridad y salud de los empleados, la protección del medio ambiente y la inocuidad del producto. Así mismo, asegura que todas las actividades de ingeniería fortalecen los objetivos del negocio, calidad del producto, así como la operación y rendimiento de la planta.

Lo que te hará exitoso...

1. Ingeniero Eléctrico, Mecánico, Procesos, Químico o afín. Deseable Maestría en el área de gestión estratégica, administración de proyectos.
2. Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia en cargos similares o como Gerente de proyectos: Preferiblemente en el campo técnico, plantas de fabricación de alimentos con experiencia en preparación de Budget M&I, preventivos y ejecución.
3. Experiencia comprobable en supervisión de personal directo y contratistas. Autogestión de KPI's definidos / objetivos, y seguimiento.
4. Perfil con experiencia en participación en equipos para optimización / mejora continua.
5. Marcada habilidad de liderazgo de personas y proyectos, trabajo bajo presión y adaptabilidad al cambio.
6. Inglés técnico nivel intermedio-avanzado.

Un día en la vida de...

1. Asegura la alineación del perfil de las personas con los objetivos y estrategia de la fábrica. Asegura que las necesidades de ingeniería y las competencias funcionales se identifican, y se lleva a cabo el entrenamiento para cumplir el nivel deseado y cerrar las brechas. Asegura el plan de sucesión en el sector de ingeniería. Promueve comunicación clara entre las áreas funcionales. Recibir entrenamiento y ser parte del Equipo de SA.
2. Gestión de Proyectos: Asegura que las inversiones de capital cumplen con la estrategia del negocio, a través de solicitud dentro del ciclo de inversiones, aprobación e implementación y puesta en marcha.
3. Gestión de Mantenimiento (M&I): Habilita las operaciones de alto rendimiento, proporcionando mantenimiento de los activos de acuerdo con la estrategia de Nestlé, con TPM / PM como el enfoque multidisciplinario para mantener / mejorar los activos fijos a través de los planes de mantenimientos preventivos y AMM, para gestionar su ciclo de vida. Además garantiza la efectividad en la gestión de repuestos de fábrica.
4. Gestión de Energía / Servicios Industriales: Asegura que los servicios eléctricos, el grado de automatización y la economía de mercado a nivel de fábrica, están en línea con los requerimientos del negocio.
5. Asegura operaciones óptimas y sostenibles a nivel de fábrica, siguiendo el enfoque de gestión de energía, agua, la conducción del sistema de notificación correspondiente, respetando las políticas SHE. Garantiza que las necesidades de los servicios públicos de producción se cumplan y de forma óptima.
6. Planificación de Activos Fijos: Asegura que las decisiones sean óptimas / prácticas en relación con los activos de la fábrica (incluido el ciclo de inversión), en alineación con la estrategia de negocios del mercado. Gestionar en consecuencia los datos de la fábrica de ingeniería.
7. Proceso y optimización de envases: Coordina la aplicación de nuevos procesos / tecnologías con el mercado relevante, PTC, empresas e Ingeniería SBU. NPDI: Ser responsable, como End User - Other Area Leader, de apoyar los proyectos mediante el liderazgo de todo lo relacionado con mantenimiento y temas técnicos.
8. Sistemas de Gestión: Implementa y comunica al personal a su cargo (Incluye contratistas) los lineamientos definidos en los Sistemas de Gestión Ambiental y de Seguridad Industrial, Seguridad Alimentaria y de la Inocuidad de los Alimentos, aplicables a su área de responsabilidad, asegurando que se establezcan y cumplan. Así mismo, proponer acciones y/o medidas que posibiliten el mejoramiento continuo de los Sistemas de Gestión.
